About the role
We are seeking a talented HR Officer to join our dynamic team at Magnum Estate' in Badung Bali. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role contributing to the overall growth and success of our organisation. This is a contract position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
What you'll be doing
Handle end-to-end recruitment for staff and operational positions.
Process payroll and employee administration using Talenta HRIS.
Manage BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan registration, updates, and reporting.
Monitor attendance and work schedules through HRIS and ensure data accuracy.
Handle contract administration and HR documentation.
Support performance evaluation processes based on existing company policies.
Manage day-to-day HR operational activities independently with minimal supervision.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Management, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience as HR Staff / HR Officer.
Strong knowledge of payroll, BPJS, and recruitment processes.
Proficient in using HRIS (Talenta is highly preferred).
Able to work independently, hands-on, and detail-oriented.
Good communication skills; English proficiency is a must.
Able to join immediately (Join in July 2026 is highly preferred)
