We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator, General Affairs to support our daily office and factory operations in Semarang.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage general affairs operations, including facility management, permits, vendor coordination, security, purchasing, and office supplies.
Coordinate with cleaning staff, internal departments and external service providers to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workplace.
Set up and maintain tracking and filing systems, including asset management and asset reconciliation records.
Support business trip arrangements for employees and management, including visas, tickets, accommodation, and related documentation.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance history, repair costs, fuel usage, insurance documents, and related administrative files.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal company programs.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office and factory operations.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration, general affairs, or a similar support role.
Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
Fluent in Chinese or English, and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
