We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and fixed asset accounting.

• Ensure proper documentation and recording of all financial transactions and supervise month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Prepare financial statements, including but not limited to balance sheets and income statements.

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations and company policies.

• Prepare and follow up on tax incentive applications, such as Tax Allowance, Investment Allowance, and other relevant incentives.

• Maintain strong internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.

• Coordinate with external auditors to complete the annual audit.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

• Experience in manufacturing industry is highly preferred.

• Fluent in Chinese or English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal

• Strong understanding of financial reporting, general ledger management, reconciliations, and month-end closing.

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
