Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and account-related issues.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
Maintain excellent customer service while meeting performance targets.
Document customer interactions accurately.
Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
Good to excellent English communication skills.
Basic computer navigation skills.
Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
BPO experience is an advantage but not required.
