About the Role
Join a fast-moving US-based venture group building AI agent systems for sales automation, CRM intelligence, and business operations. You'll work directly with the founding team and ship production agents used daily — real impact, no bureaucracy.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain AI agents using Claude, OpenAI, NVIDIA NIM, and local models
Develop agent workflows for outreach automation, lead qualification, and CRM automation
Build AI services with Python, FastAPI, and REST APIs
Integrate with Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, and other business systems
Design RAG pipelines, knowledge bases, and AI decision-support tools
Deploy AI workloads on DGX Spark, local inference, and cloud environments
Requirements
2–4 years experience in software/AI engineering (fresh AI engineers with strong portfolios welcome)
Strong Python skills; experience with FastAPI, Flask, or similar
Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and vector databases
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote startup environment
Bachelor's degree
Nice to Have
LangGraph, DSPy, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agent frameworks
HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, or sales automation experience
NVIDIA ecosystem, vLLM, or local inference experience
Docker, Linux, DevOps workflows
Production AI product experience
