Prepare accurate cost estimates for customer quotations based on supplier pricing and company pricing policies.
Analyze supplier quotations, discounts, freight costs, import costs, duties, and other related expenses.
Maintain and update product pricing and cost databases.
Monitor market price trends and supplier pricing changes.
Support the Sales team by providing competitive pricing recommendations.
Calculate product margins and profitability.
Requirements:
1. Min. D3 graduated
2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Estimation, or Supply Chain within a trading or distribution company.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
4. Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, ERPNext, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
5. Familiarity with import procedures, Incoterms, and international procurement is an advantage.
6. Ability to interpret technical product specifications and datasheets.
7. Excellent negotiation and communication skills
8. High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of industrial automation products such as PLCs, HMIs, Servo Systems, Inverters, Sensors, Industrial Networking, Power Supplies, and Control Components.
Experience working with international suppliers and global manufacturers.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Understanding of import regulations and international logistics is an advantage.
