- Analyze project specifications and requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure understanding of project scope and budget constraints.
- Gather and analyze data from various sources to develop cost models for projects.
- Review and assess project proposals, and offer recommendations for cost efficiency.
- Continuously monitor project performance and update estimates as necessary.
- Knowledgeable in rebar and MEPFS estimation
