We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support our business goals, fostering a positive work environment, and driving employee engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in HR management.
Job location: Sidoarjo, East Java.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Develop and implement talent management programs.
Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
Compensation and Benefits: Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Training and Development: Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Performance Management: Implement and manage performance management systems to drive employee performance and development.
HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indonesian labor laws and best practices.
HR Administration: Oversee HR administration, including payroll, employee records, and HRIS management.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
HR Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular HR reports and analytics to senior management, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience with HRIS systems and other HR technology.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Experience in the B2B industry is a plus.
Strong understanding of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan regulations.
