We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The successful candidate will manage schedules, coordinate appointments, handle correspondence, and assist with various day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential information.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and service providers.
- Handle personal errands and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Assist with event planning and meeting coordination.
- Perform research and gather information when required.
- Provide general administrative support and other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
