Provide data-based decision support to the President
- Produce expert analysis and actionable recommendations from sales data, performance dashboards, forecasts, and trend reports.
- Evaluate gaps and propose solutions to improve sales outcomes.
Coordinate Sales Team Operations
- Ensure the sales team has systems, tools, and processes to operate efficiently.
- Act as the central operations facilitator between sales leaders, CRM/ERP, logistics, admin, and service.
Design & Standardize Sales Processes
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), sales playbooks, presentation templates, pricing guidelines, and pipeline optimization techniques.
Coach & Mentor Sales Team Members
- Train and develop sales staff in best practices, CRM usage, lead management, presentation skills, and conversion techniques.
Admin Duties with Strategic Value
- Collate reports, track CRM activities and lead progression.
- Create dashboards and executive summaries.
- Ensure data integrity and provide insights to influence forecasts.
Facilitate Team Meetings & Reviews
- Schedule and lead regular cross-functional sales meetings, pipeline reviews, performance debriefs, and coaching sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or performance management role.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth, improve sales KPIs, and lead high-performing teams.
- Strong expertise in sales strategy development, performance analytics, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data, identify performance gaps, and implement effective improvement initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
