JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in marketing and social media management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Proficient in social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Analytics/ Ads.
- Experience in planning, executing, and analyzing social media campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage a team effectively.
- Creative, organized, and results-driven with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work full-time and on-site in Ortigas.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for managing the team in Social Media Posting.
- Direct the team to ensure consistent focus, direction and optimization of content.
- Contribute, as directed, to the development of marketing and communications activities through list and lead research, marketing planning research and implementation.
- Publish original and wire content to the website and/or in external company newsletters.
- Prospect for new clients through different strategies such as networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
- Monitoring and research on competitors’ activities in order to identify opportunities for the company.
- Reviewing marketing reports to identify trends and make adjustments to improve performance.
- Collaborate with the sales and design team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals.
- Manage all social media accounts of the company.
- Promote services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organisation’s brand and social media strategy.
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements.
- Send the weekly report of social media/digital marketing performance, cost proposal, and action proposal to the President.
- Keeping track of data and analysing the performance of social media campaigns.
- Get the approval for each social media post from the President.
- Check all the communications or spiels (Social media posts, and reply templates or spiels of staff/agent).
- Other tasks that the management may assign from time to time relevant to the job position.
