Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will oversee marketing campaigns, manage digital and offline channels, analyze campaign performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Create and manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to launch campaigns and products.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication.
- Organize promotional events, webinars, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Track industry trends and recommend innovative marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools.
