Product Analyst

1. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal stakeholders, translating them into clear product requirements and backlog inputs.
2. Act as the liaison between business users and Product/Tech teams, ensuring effective communication and providing regular updates on feature development.
3. Identify gaps between user needs and existing platform capabilities, and recommend interim solutions to maintain operational continuity.
4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of temporary workarounds while documenting insights for future product enhancements.
5. Analyze business processes, identify operational bottlenecks, and propose scalable workflows and standardized SOPs to improve efficiency.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product improvements through process analysis, documentation, and continuous optimization.

1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2. 1–2 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Operations, or a related role.
3. Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirement gathering, product lifecycle, and stakeholder management.
4. Proficient in documentation and process mapping tools (e.g., Google Docs, Miro, Figma) as well as spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel); familiarity with SQL or data querying is a plus.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
6. Proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
