About the Role
We are urgently hiring Customer Service Agents for our upcoming Retail Campaign. This opportunity is perfect for freshers and new job starters who want to build a career in customer service while working onsite in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain professionalism in every interaction
- Provide customer support for billing and service concerns
- Handle transactions and ensure smooth payment processing
- Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and product support
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate / K12 Graduate
- At least 3 month of customer service experience
- Willing to work onsite at Santa Mesa, Manila
- Open to shifting schedules
- Strong communication skills in English
- Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor
