Japanese Interpreter Staff (Production - QC) - Manufacture - Karawang (A-132279)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in Karawang.

• Our client is an Japanese Manufacturing Company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Interpreter Staff (Production - QC).

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate Japanese–Indonesian interpretation during meetings, factory visits, training sessions, and daily business operations

• Translate documents related to manufacturing processes, production procedures, quality standards, technical specifications, and company communications

• Support communication between Japanese foreign workers and local employees to ensure smooth business operations

• Assist Japanese management during business trips, customer visits, audits, and other company events

• Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Purchasing, and other departments to facilitate effective communication

• Interpret technical discussions and production-related matters in both verbal and written forms

• Prepare and maintain translation documents, meeting minutes, and reports as required

• Perform administrative tasks related to interpretation and translation when necessary

• Carry out other duties assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Japanese Literature, Japanese Language, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred

• Business level of Japanese with JLPT N2 certification (well written and spoken) and Conversational level English Proficiency

• Have 2 years of experience as Japanese Interpreter in Japanese manufacturing

• Experience interpreting technical or production-related discussions

• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
