DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Administer and maintain servers, databases, and applications to ensure their availability, security, and performance.
- Monitor and maintain the company's local area network (LAN) and internet connectivity.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and software applications.
- Implement cybersecurity measures to safeguard data, systems, and networks.
- Assist in the management of user access controls and data security protocols.
- Manage data backup procedures and test disaster recovery plans. Ensure data integrity and availability in case of system failures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and procedures.
- Create user guides and documentation for common technical issues.
- Conduct regular security audits and system backups.
- Recommend and implement upgrades to enhance IT infrastructure and processes.
- Schedule periodic maintenance for hardware and software
- Conduct training sessions for employees to enhance their technical skills and awareness. Provide guidance on best practices for using IT resources.
- Handle enrollment of employees in the biometrics system.
- Create official company email for newly on boarded employees.
- Attends to other related concerns and performs other duties as may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in IT support, systems administration, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and IT troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and other common business applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
