Description
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding products and services.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service experience.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience Level: 0–2 years, including internships or relevant coursework
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong customer service skills, ability to work as a team player, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow company policies and procedures while assisting customers
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, adaptability, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for shifts, including evenings and weekends
