Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is an advantage
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Comfortable communicating with US-based clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (experience is an advantage)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify new sales leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with US clients
• Present products and services to prospective customers
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service
