About the role
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at PT Easton Urban Kapital, a leading construction company based in Tangerang, Banten. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects by providing accurate cost estimates and budgets. What you'll be doing
- Analyse project plans, specifications, and drawings to develop comprehensive cost estimates
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to gather accurate pricing information
- Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, including labour, materials, equipment, and overhead
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and suggest alternative solutions
- Maintain and update cost database and historical records
- Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals for new projects
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure estimates align with budgets and timelines
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 years of experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and drawings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimise project costs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with vendors and subcontractors
- Proficient in using construction estimating software and MS Office suite
- Thorough understanding of construction materials, methods, and industry regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines
