Job responsibilities
1，Manage daily operations of two retail stores (Tangerang/Serang/Bandung/Semarang), ensure smooth opening/closing, staff scheduling, service standard and store hygiene.
2，Lead, train and supervise local store teams; set sales targets and drive team performance.
3，Control inventory: stock receiving, checking, shelf display, stock count and loss prevention.
4，Achieve monthly/annual sales targets; analyze sales data and make improvement plans.
5，Maintain good customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
6，Report daily/weekly sales, inventory and issues to leader
7，Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Requirements
1，Fluent in English communication is required.
2，At least 2–3 years of retail store management experience, experience managing multiple stores / area stores is highly preferred.
3，Familiar with retail operations: staff management, inventory, cash handling, POS system.
4，Strong leadership, result-oriented, able to work under pressure and travel between Tangerang and Serang.
5，Honest, responsible, good at data recording and simple report making.
6，Experience in furniture retail is a plus.
