Barista (Penempatan Gading Serpong)

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of specialty coffee drinks to our customers
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the coffee preparation area
• Provide excellent customer service 
• For Head Barista: Train and mentor junior baristas to uphold our high quality standards
• Monitor stock levels and liaise with management to ensure we are always well-stocked
• Assist with café opening and closing procedures as required

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional Barista in a specialty coffee shop or cafe.
• For Head Barista applicants: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Head Barista or leadership role is required.
• Extensive knowledge of coffee origins, roasting profiles, brewing techniques, and advanced barista skills.
• Skilled in Latte Art with a creative flair and enthusiasm for developing innovative coffee-based beverages.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and maintain quality standards.
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Confident and customer-oriented with a presentable, well-groomed.
• Basic English communication skills (verbal and written) are required.
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills.
• Attention to detail and high standards of hygiene.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to lead and inspire a team of baristas to deliver consistent, high-quality coffee.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) for administrative and operational tasks.
• Flexible with work placement and scheduling.
