Production Management
Managing production delivery, quantity and quality standards.
Managing production capacity to serve demand at optimum level.
Manage labor overtime required and overhead expenses effectively to achieve cost efficiency.
Ensure team to follow production process SOP consistently.
Resource allocation intra departmental to provide production flexibility during cyclical demand.
Proactively discuss with direct superior on problem solving of operation and technical issue.
Process, Machine and Equipment
Minimize production breakdowns through proper machine/equipment preventive maintenance program.
Continually improve production process towards better quality, consistent output, and more efficient overhead.
Keep up with manufacturing technique development.
Organization Development & Leadership
Support and participate in management initiatives to implement MVV and activities towards overall organization advancement.
Manage organization development through cross training, job rotation, and leadership development.
Provide directions to improve teamwork and cohesiveness between subordinates.
Maintain and improve subordinate discipline.
Others
Ensure chemicals, production waste, general waste are managed and comply with environmental policy and SOP.
Ensure team to comply with company regulation, RJC, ISO 14001, H&S and other regulation or management systems.
