💼 Job Summary
GMIS Jakarta is looking for an HR Payroll Officer to support the establishment and management of its HR system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling Compensation & Benefit, Pph21 Calculation, HR administration, HRIS management, and Industrial Relations.
This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about building HR systems from the ground up and contributing to a dynamic international educational environment.
🎯 Responsibilities
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage end-to-end payroll administration, including attendance recap, payroll processing, overtime calculation, deductions, tax (PPh 21), BPJS administration, and employee benefits while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- HR Administration & Operations: Manage employee records, contracts, HR documentation, onboarding administration, and HR correspondence while ensuring accurate, organized, and compliant HR operations.
- Employee Support, Coordination & HR Compliance: Provide HR operational support by coordinating with employees, departments, and external parties, handling employee inquiries, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and foundation policies, and assisting with HR projects and initiatives.
🔎 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Must have minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations.
- Strong understanding of payroll administration, employee benefits, HR operations, and Indonesian labor regulations.
- Familiar with PPh 21 calculation, BPJS administration, payroll processes, and HR documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, and HRIS/payroll systems.
- Good administrative, organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, able to maintain confidentiality, and capable of working under deadlines.
- Able to handle employee inquiries and support employee relations matters professionally.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal is a MUST
- Willing to be placed on-site in Kemayoran, Jakarta Pusat.
- Willing to work flexible hours and overtime when required to support operational needs
