Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, International Relations, Industrial Engineering, Communication, Law, Business, or other related fields; a Master's degree is an advantage.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, business consulting, strategic partnerships, business relations, or other related fields.
Strong negotiation, contract management, and business communication skills.
Have professional certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Project Management Certification, Risk Management Certification, Strategic Management Certification, Financial Modeling Certification, or Data Analytics Certification (Power BI/Tableau) are preferred.
Have strong integrity with strategic, visionary, and innovative thinking.
Excellent analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
Able to work collaboratively in a dynamic and adaptive team environment.
Job Descriptions:
Develop and formulate strategic studies, business cases, business roadmaps, and business development initiatives aligned with the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
Analyze business performance, organizational conditions, and external factors to identify opportunities and support strategic business development.
Coordinate the preparation of business plans and strategic initiatives with business units and related entities.
Monitor the implementation of strategic programs, prepare progress reports, and identify risks, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
Identify, evaluate, and map potential strategic partnership opportunities while building and maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Coordinate and facilitate partnership exploration, negotiations, and the implementation of strategic collaboration agreements.
Manage and maintain partnership agreements, contracts, and related administrative documentation.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic partnerships and prepare periodic reports on partnership progress, outcomes, and achievements.
