Description
As a Resorts Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the resort, ensuring guest satisfaction and efficient management of staff.
- Manage resort staff and delegate tasks effectively.
- Ensure high standards of customer service.
- Monitor and maintain resort facilities.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback.
Requirements
- College Graduate ( Preferably in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Management)
- With Experience in supervising in Hotel or Resort
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
