Resident Doctor

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Doctor to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical or hospital setting. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to diagnose, treat, and monitor patients while maintaining the highest standards of medical practice.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients’ medical conditions.
• Perform physical examinations and develop treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide urgent care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests when appropriate.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and preventive care.
• Participate in clinical rounds, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, ethical standards, and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent medical degree.
• Valid medical license and registration to practice.
• Completion of internship and eligibility for or enrollment in a residency program (as applicable).
• Excellent clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team environment.
• Commitment to patient safety, professionalism, and continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous clinical or hospital experience.
• Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
