Human Resources (HR) Staff
Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, including posting job vacancies, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment documents.
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Monitor attendance, leave, and probation periods.
Coordinate payroll data and employee administration.
Support performance evaluations and staff training activities.
Ensure compliance with school policies and labor regulations.
Coordinate with immigration agents to process work permits, visas, and stay permits for teachers.
Assist teachers with required documentation and administrative processes.
Organize HR files and provide administrative support to the school.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of HR or administrative experience (experience in a school is an advantage).
Familiar with Indonesian employment regulations and HR administration.
Experience handling work permits and visas is an advantage.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
