Content Strategist

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain monthly/weekly content calendars for the game and esports social media accounts; produce clear content briefs for the video editor and graphic designer to execute against

• Monitor Indonesian TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and local internet culture in real time; able to concept and brief reactive content within 24-48 hours of a trending topic

• Write all Indonesian-language social copy including post captions, engagement prompts, and hashtag strategy

• Based on cross-team direction set by the PM, incorporate collaboration milestones from the Community, KOC/KOL, and Esports teams into the content calendar; confirm execution details directly with relevant teams at the operational level

• Work closely with the Social Media Manager to ensure the content calendar translates into smooth daily execution

Requirements:

• 2+ years in content strategy, creative content, or a related role with hands-on social media experience

• Native Bahasa Indonesia speaker; able to conduct professional communication in English

• Deeply embedded in Indonesian TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook culture — able to accurately identify trending memes and hot topics; this will be tested in the interview

• Genuine interest in or experience with gaming or esports; familiarity with the mobile gaming community ecosystem is a plus

• Bonus: active personal social media account or creator presence in gaming/entertainment — brings a creator's instinct for what travels

• Fast executor who can deliver quality output with limited resources
