Business Development / Leasing Officer

Are you passionate about sales, leasing, and building strong business relationships? Join our team and help grow the retail community at 88 Square Mall!
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and attract new tenants and business partners
• Manage leasing inquiries and negotiate lease agreements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
• Assist in planning leasing strategies and mall promotions
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
? Experience in leasing, business development, sales, or marketing is an advantage
? Strong communication and negotiation skills
? Goal-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused
? Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
