Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Communications, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or related functions, preferably within the beauty, skincare, FMCG, or lifestyle industry.
Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns with measurable business impact.
Strong understanding of branding, consumer behavior, digital marketing, and current beauty industry trends.
Commercially minded with the ability to translate marketing strategies into sales and business growth.
Experience managing new product launches from concept to market execution.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting business and campaign performance data.
Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environment.
Passion for beauty, skincare, and building brands that create meaningful connections with consumers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute annual brand strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and long-term growth vision.
Lead end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, KOL, PR, community, offline activation, retail, and e-commerce channels.
Translate consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis into impactful brand initiatives and business opportunities.
Partner closely with Product Development to identify innovation opportunities, validate product concepts, and build effective go-to-market strategies for new launches.
Own brand performance by monitoring key business metrics including sales growth, campaign effectiveness, consumer engagement, market share, and brand health.
Manage marketing investments and brand budgets to maximize ROI while maintaining sustainable brand growth.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Creative, Product Development, E-Commerce, Sales, KOL, PR, Customer Experience, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless execution of all brand initiatives.
Ensure every campaign and product launch is delivered on time, on budget, and meets both brand and commercial objectives.
Continuously strengthen Finally Found You!'s brand positioning by maintaining a consistent brand identity, storytelling, and consumer experience across all touchpoints.
Build, coach, and inspire the Brand team to foster a high-performance, collaborative, and consumer-centric culture.
