Job Description :
Maintain, monitor, and adjust production machines in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Inspect machine conditions before, during, and after the production process.
Handle minor machine troubleshooting and report any technical issues to the maintenance team.
Ensure production processes comply with quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
Set and adjust machine parameters to achieve optimal production performance.
Record and report machine operation data and production results accurately.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine efficiency and product quality.
Comply with GMP, occupational health and safety (K3), and company regulations at all times.
Qualifications :
Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering
At least 1 year of experience as a Technician Operator in the food, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical industry.
Basic understanding of production machinery and simple preventive maintenance.
Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Already able to understand and operate computer programs minimum Ms. Office.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Basic English communication skills.
Willing to work in shifts.
