The Role
As Maintenace Building Engineering, you will ensuring that all building facilities, utulities, and operational support systems of the company function properly, safely, and according to standards through preventive and corective maintenance activities.
Kualifikasi
1. Pendidikan : SMK Teknik Instalasi Listrik, Teknik Pendingin, Bangunan/Gedung. D3 Teknik Sipil/Mesin
2. Pengalaman : 2-3 tahun sebagai Teknisi Gedung/General Maintenance.
3. Memiliki kemampuan hard skill : Listrik, Plumbing, Bangunan, AC, tools, pertukangan, Paham denah listrik, denah pipa, denah bangunan walau basic
4. Memiliki kemampuan problem solving yang baik
5. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
6. Bisa bekerja baik individual maupun dengan team
Tanggung Jawab Utama :
A. Listrik & Panel
- Panel Listrik : Cek MCB, MCCB, kontaktor, timer. Ganti sekring, benerin lampu mati, stop kontak rusak
- Instalasi: Tarik kabel baru, pasang lampu, stop kontak, saklar. Paham 1 phase & 3 phase
- Genset & UPS: Nyalain genset saat PLN mati, cek aki, oli, solar. Test UPS server tiap bulan
B. Plumbing & Sanitasi
- Air & Pipa: Benerin pipa bocor, kran mampet, toilet/wastafel tersumbat, pompa air rusak
- Tandon & Sanyo: Cek water pump, pressure switch, float switch tandon
- Saluran: Lancarin got, septic tank, saluran pembuangan limbah produksi
C. Bangunan & Sipil
- Atap & Tembok : Tambal atap bocor, cat tembok, plester retak, ganti keramik pecah
- Pintu/Jendela : Setel pintu biar rapet, ganti handle, kaca pecah, rolling door macet
- Plafon & Lantai : Ganti plafon PVC/gypsum ambruk, pasang keramik baru, poles lantai
D. AC & Fasilitas Lain
- AC : Cuci AC split, isi freon, cek ampere, ganti kapasitor. Paham AC cassette & ducting lebih bagus
- Fasilitas: Benerin kursi meja rusak, rak gudang roboh, kanopi, pagar
- Fasilitas : Benerin kursi meja rusak, rak gudang roboh, kanopi, pagarcy. Pastikan aman
E. Preventive & Laporan
- PM Schedule : Bikin jadwal cek rutin: genset tiap minggu, AC tiap 3 bulan, panel tiap bulan
- Laporan : Catat kerjaan harian, material yang dipakai, rekomendasi perbaikan besar ke management
- Vendor : Koordinasi dengan vendor
