Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and professional Customer Service Representative to provide excellent support to customers. The CSR will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, process orders, and ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Process customer orders, returns, refunds, and account updates.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
- Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies.
