We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused BPO Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. As a Healthcare CSR, you will assist customers with their healthcare-related concerns by providing accurate information, resolving inquiries, and delivering excellent customer service through phone, chat, or email, depending on the assigned account.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries regarding healthcare plans, benefits, claims, billing, and member information.
Assist customers in understanding their healthcare coverage and available services.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
Follow company policies, HIPAA guidelines, and account procedures.
Maintain high-quality customer service while meeting performance targets.
Qualifications:
College Graduate (depending on the account)
With or without BPO/Call Center experience (selected accounts)
Applicants with at least 6 months of BPO experience are highly encouraged to apply.
Good English communication skills.
Basic computer navigation skills.
