Role Overview
You will be the first point of contact for users, processing support tickets and inquiries, and ensuring timely and clean resolution. The role involves administrative tasks, bug reporting, and helping to create templates and help articles.
What You Will Do
Process incoming support tickets and email inquiries, take bug reports, document them, and forward to the development team, support with administrative tasks around customers and billing.
