What you'll be doing
Develop and implement curriculum for preschool and kindergarten students.
Supervise and mentor preschool and kindergarten educators.
Ensure a safe, healthy, and stimulating environment for students.
Coordinate with parents, teachers, and administration to support student development.
Monitor and assess the educational progress of students.
Organize and conduct professional development for staff.
Maintain records and documentation related to student progress and program effectiveness.
What we're looking for
A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students
Strong pedagogical skills and a deep understanding of effective teaching methodologies for early childhood education
Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken
Adaptability and a passion for continuously improving teaching practices
A genuine commitment to the holistic development of young learners
