Job Summary:
Develop, implement, and continuously improve academic quality assurance systems, including academic audits, self-evaluation processes, and quality management initiatives.
Coordinate and monitor study program self-evaluations, analyze results, and provide recommendations to support continuous academic improvement.
Review and support the preparation of national and international accreditation documents, ensuring compliance with quality standards and accreditation requirements.
Lead quality monitoring activities, including management review meetings, academic audits, external assessment follow-ups, and customer feedback resolution related to academic matters.
Prepare quality assurance reports and drive process improvements through data analysis, system development, and effective quality management practices across study programs, faculties, and the university.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Master’s Degree (S2) in Education, Quality Management, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in academic quality assurance, accreditation, academic audit, or higher education management.
Strong understanding of higher education quality assurance systems, accreditation standards, and continuous improvement processes.
Experience in preparing, reviewing, and evaluating accreditation documents for national and/or international accreditation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, conduct evaluations, and provide strategic recommendations.
Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS), internal audit processes, and quality assurance frameworks.
Excellent project coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and quality management or reporting systems.
Strong communication and report-writing skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as lead cross-functional initiatives.
