Min Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, psychology, Business administration, Law, Managemnet or a related field. A mastery degree or additional HR Related certificated would be an advantage
The candidate should have a minimum of 7-10 years of profesional HR experience
Experience working in an international company or matrix organization would be an advantage
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Indonesia labor law and local HR practices
Solid experience in HR management within a manufacturing, production, supply chain, FMCG, or Industrial environment .
Experience in employee relation and, preferably, cooperation with unions or employee representatives.
Strong understanding of recruitment , workforce planning, on boarding & retention. Experience in performance management, talent development, succsession planning & training
Good knowledge of HR administration, employee contracts, attendence topics, HR Reporting & payroll related HR Processes
Ability to advise senior managers and line managers on complex people-related
Strong conflict resolution, mediation, and stakeholder management skills.
Good Project management & change management capabilities
Confident handling of HR system, reporting tools & MS Office application.
Strong communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia & English
Available placement in Jember East Java
