Finance Support Staff

Location: Pulilan Plant, Bulacan

Job Purpose

The Finance Support Staff is responsible for supporting accurate and timely financial reporting by reviewing, validating, and consolidating operational and cost data. The role also assists in monitoring financial variances, expense management, reconciliations, and data analysis to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and consolidate manufacturing, logistics, sales, administrative, inventory, and cost-related data.
• Generate and review daily expense transactions during period-end closing.
• Ensure accurate expense mapping and identify required account reclassifications.
• Perform expense reconciliations, accrual reviews, and variance analyses.
• Reconcile financial data across multiple systems and investigate discrepancies.
• Analyze inventory, shrinkage, usage variances, and financial trends.
• Upload and maintain accurate reports and datasets in Power BI.
• Monitor financial and operational variances and assist in tracking corrective actions.
• Maintain FTE, outsourced labor, and expense monitoring records.
• Validate marketing expense allocations and maintain expense tracking reports.
• Support document management and data archiving to ensure audit and statutory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting, reporting, or data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., JDE), Power BI, or similar financial reporting tools is a plus.
