A fast-growing Japanese restaurant group operating in Manila and Dubai.
We are expanding rapidly and looking for a skilled Payroll Officer to manage payroll and staff financial records for our Manila operations.
Position: Payroll Officer
Schedule: Monday–Friday + Saturday or Sunday (6days/ week)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary Package
?23,000 – ?30,000 / month
(Above industry standard + incentives)

Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for 45+ employees on time and accurately
- Manage deductions, overtime, and adjustments
- Handle cash advances, allowances, and attendance discrepancies
- Maintain 201 files and payroll records
- Coordinate with HR and Finance for payroll-related concerns
- Ensure DOLE compliance
- Prepare payroll reports for management
- Government contribution calculation (SSS, Pag-ibig. Philhealth)
Qualifications
- At least 2 years payroll experience
- Strong knowledge of DOLE payroll rules
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Trustworthy and responsible
- Can start immediately
