Responsibilities
Lead and manage the service team for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instrumentation and smart water systems.
Plan service schedules, manpower, site activities, and customer support.
Provide hands-on technical support for complex field and commissioning issues.
Support flow, level, pressure, and water quality instrumentation.
Oversee deployment of IoT devices, RTUs, data loggers, gateways, and remote monitoring systems.
Support integration with PLC, SCADA, industrial communication networks, and cloud-based IoT platforms.
Manage preventive maintenance, fault investigations, and after-sales support.
Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer training.
Ensure high standards of service quality, safety, documentation, and customer satisfaction.
Mentor and develop service engineers and technical staff.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Process Control, IoT, or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in field service, instrumentation, automation, or related engineering work.
Hands-on experience with flow, level, pressure, and analytical or water quality instruments.
Knowledge of IoT, RTUs, PLCs, SCADA, microcontrollers, and industrial communications is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting, planning, leadership, and customer service skills.
Able to lead a small technical team and work effectively across departments.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Possess a valid driving licence and be willing to travel to customer sites.
