Sales Engineer

Ambas Electric & Automation (AEA), an Ambas Group of Companies brand based in Lipa, Batangas, is a growing electrical, automation, and instrumentation solutions provider serving industrial and power-sector clients nationwide. We are seeking a driven Sales Engineer to grow our client base and close technical sales for our automation, instrumentation, electrical, and power solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for AEA's electrical, automation, instrumentation, and power products/solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial, commercial, and power-sector clients.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and product presentations; coordinate with the engineering/pricing team.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct client visits, site assessments, and product demonstrations; provide market feedback and after-sales coordination.

Qualifications:

• BS in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a related technical/business field.
• 1-3+ years of technical/B2B sales experience (strong fresh graduates may apply).
• Knowledge of electrical, automation, instrumentation, or power products is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; with driver's license and willing to do fieldwork.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: PHP 25,000 - 40,000/month
