About the Role :
We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist Supervisor to lead our HR operations and support the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about building an efficient and people-focused workplace.
What You'll Do :
Lead and supervise the HR team in managing day-to-day HR operations.
Oversee onboarding, probation, employee lifecycle, and offboarding processes.
Ensure accurate payroll administration, attendance, leave management, and employee data maintenance.
Manage BPJS administration and other statutory employee benefits.
Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and employee development initiatives.
Organize employee engagement activities, internal communications, and learning & development programs.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies.
Handle employee relations and support managers in resolving HR-related matters.
Oversee employee exit processes, including clearance and final settlements.
Prepare HR reports, analyze key HR metrics, and provide recommendations to management.
What We're Looking For :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Generalist functions, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law, payroll, BPJS, and HR administration.
Experience handling performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
