We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Public Relations Manager (Mandarin Speaking) to lead corporate communications, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and support the company's strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin (Chinese) and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven public relations experience in a large organization or corporate environment.
- High emotional intelligence with exceptional interpersonal, communication, and comprehension skills.
- Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience in resource development and stakeholder relationship management.
- Outgoing, professional, and composed personality with the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Experience working with overseas clients or in an international client service environment is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute public relations and corporate communication strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Enhance and protect the company's corporate image and reputation.
- Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging.
- Plan and manage public relations campaigns, corporate events, and promotional activities.
- Prepare press releases, presentations, speeches, and other communication materials.
- Monitor industry trends, media coverage, and public perception to identify opportunities and manage potential issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and strategic initiatives.
