OVERViEW

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to shape and mobilise a complex technology change programme. Working in a hybrid Delivery Lead capacity, you will drive delivery readiness, manage dependencies, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and establish the roadmap, governance and delivery approach for a major integration and platform transformation initiative.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experienced Delivery Lead, Technical Delivery Manager or Agile Delivery Lead
• Strong background delivering complex technology, integration or platform change programmes
• Comfortable working with Business Owners, Platform Owners, Architects and Technical SMEs
• Able to bring structure, drive decisions, remove blockers and maintain delivery momentum
• Experienced working in complex stakeholder environments with evolving priorities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mobilisation, planning and delivery readiness activities
• Define and manage roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks and governance
• Coordinate activities across business stakeholders, platform teams, suppliers and technical SMEs
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and delivery forums
• Drive decision-making and remove delivery blockers
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical solutions and delivery priorities
• Support the transition from mobilisation into delivery execution

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex technology transformation, integration or platform programmes
• Azure integration or enterprise platform delivery experience
• Strong Agile delivery experience (Scrum and Kanban)
• Experience managing RAID, governance, dependencies and stakeholder engagement
• Experience working closely with Architects, Platform Owners and business stakeholders
• Experience shaping delivery approaches, roadmaps and delivery plans
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate in fast-moving environments with changing priorities

Desirable

• API, middleware or enterprise integration delivery
• Cloud migration or platform modernisation programmes
• UK Public Sector or Government delivery experience
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM or equivalent)

Contract Details

• Contract Type: Freelance / Contract- Outside IR35
• Location: Remote (UK-based candidates preferred)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Clearance: Candidates must be eligible to work with UK Government departments / BPSS.
