Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and other relevant marketplaces.
- Upload, update, and optimize product information, including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory status.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate closely with warehouse and production teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate online promotional activities, including flash sales, vouchers, bundles, and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across digital platforms, including TikTok Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and marketplace advertising tools.
- Collaborate with influencers, affiliates, and content creators to increase brand awareness, traffic, and sales performance.
- Monitor store performance metrics, including sales, conversion rate, traffic, and customer engagement.
- Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and strategies for business growth.
- Work closely with Marketing, Content, Live Streaming, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce Operations, Marketplace Management, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada, and their seller tools.
- Hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns (TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Marketplace Ads).
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing, influencer collaboration, and online campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday and be based in West Jakarta.
