Content & Social Media Specialist (Freelance)

Location: Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan (Hybrid / On-site for content shooting)

Job Description

We are looking for a Freelance Content & Social Media Specialist to manage and create content for KOR Pilates and House of Pilates (HOP). This role involves being the on-camera talent, producing video content, and managing daily social media operations.

Note: Only those with Pilates/wellness knowledge and a matching portfolio will be considered.

Responsibilities

• On-Camera Talent & Hosting: Be the primary face for TikTok and Instagram Reels. Showcase products and services in an engaging, clear, and authentic manner.
• Video Production & Editing: Perform basic editing using mobile apps (CapCut, InShot, etc.), adding captions, trending audio, and ensuring brand visual consistency.
• Content Strategy & Ideation: Participate in creative brainstorming, research industry trends/viral formats, and assist in maintaining the content calendar.
• Social Media Management: Handle day-to-day posting across platforms, write engaging captions, and monitor basic performance metrics (views, engagement, reach).
• Output: Develop 3 contents per week for HOP and 3 contents per week for KOR (Total: 24 contents per month).

Requirements

• Must provide a portfolio showcasing on-camera presence and video examples.
• Bachelor’s degree (or final year student) in Communications, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
• Willing to travel to the studio in Bintaro for on-site shooting (morning or weekend sessions).
• Confident and natural on-camera.
• Proficient in mobile video editing apps (CapCut/InShot).
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram Reels trends.
• Interest or basic knowledge in Pilates and wellness.
• Maintain a healthy and fit lifestyle.
