Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and verify application health after each deployment, identifying and reporting errors or anomalies promptly
Perform post-deployment checks to ensure applications are running correctly in the client environment
Coordinate with the development team to escalate and follow up on application bugs or issues found post-deploy
Serve as the first point of contact for internal staff and external users experiencing software or application issues
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly application status reports to relevant stakeholders
Log, track, and manage support tickets through to resolution in a timely and documented manner
Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to the appropriate team with clear documentation
Assist with software installation, configuration, and updates at the client site
Maintain accurate records of issue logs, resolutions, and application performance observations
Work on a rotating shift schedule to ensure coverage during operational hours
Be stationed at the client's location and maintain professional conduct as a representative of the company
Requirements:
Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or application monitoring roles
Able to perform post-deployment application checks and identify functional or performance issues
Experienced in preparing structured reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for technical and non-technical audiences
Familiar with ticketing or ITSM systems (e.g. Freshdesk, Jira Service Management, Trello)
Basic understanding of application environments, logs, and error messages
Willing and able to work on a shift schedule, including evenings or weekends if required
Willing to be placed at the client's location (on-site)
Strong attention to detail, especially in monitoring and documentation tasks
Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to communicate clearly in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
