Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and verify application health after each deployment, identifying and reporting errors or anomalies promptly

  • Perform post-deployment checks to ensure applications are running correctly in the client environment

  • Coordinate with the development team to escalate and follow up on application bugs or issues found post-deploy

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal staff and external users experiencing software or application issues

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly application status reports to relevant stakeholders

  • Log, track, and manage support tickets through to resolution in a timely and documented manner

  • Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to the appropriate team with clear documentation

  • Assist with software installation, configuration, and updates at the client site

  • Maintain accurate records of issue logs, resolutions, and application performance observations

  • Work on a rotating shift schedule to ensure coverage during operational hours

  • Be stationed at the client's location and maintain professional conduct as a representative of the company


Requirements:

  • Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or application monitoring roles

  • Able to perform post-deployment application checks and identify functional or performance issues

  • Experienced in preparing structured reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for technical and non-technical audiences

  • Familiar with ticketing or ITSM systems (e.g. Freshdesk, Jira Service Management, Trello)

  • Basic understanding of application environments, logs, and error messages

  • Willing and able to work on a shift schedule, including evenings or weekends if required

  • Willing to be placed at the client's location (on-site)

  • Strong attention to detail, especially in monitoring and documentation tasks

  • Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Able to communicate clearly in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
