Job Responsibilities :
- Maintain executives for professional and personal agenda, assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
- Provide high level clerical and administrative support.
- Organize and manage travel arrangements for executives.
- Liase with other departments and external parties to perform necessary duties.
- Maintaining filling systems and handle confidential documents, keeping them safe and secure.
- Able to maintain a positive and professional attitude that reflects the credibility of the management team, and having a pleasant personality.
- Able to work discreetly and maintain the highest standard of confidentiality.
Job Qualifications :
- Has a minimum of 5 years of corporate secretarial & PA work with experience in assisting high level stake holders.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Secretarial, Mass Communications or relate.
- Good administration and excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa and English.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work well in a high-paces working style.
- Able to work under pressure in certain situations and detail oriented.
- Possess a Driving License (A).
