Candidates Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or other related disciplines. Master’s Degree is a plus.
Must have strong experience handling HRGA functions in Oil & Gas companies, particularly those operating under PSC (Production Sharing Contract) scheme.
Preferably has prior experience in companies that regularly coordinate with SKK Migas and understands regulatory requirements in the upstream Oil & Gas sector.
Familiar with WP&B (Work Program & Budget) process, including manpower planning, budgeting alignment, and HR-related cost control within annual work program submissions.
Strong understanding of Indonesia Labor Law, employment regulations, industrial relations, and HR best practices to ensure full legal compliance.
Strong knowledge of General Affairs operations, including office administration, procurement, facility management, vendor management, company licensing, and regulatory compliance.
Proven experience in organizational development, talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Required professional English proficiency, both written and verbal, for communication with external stakeholders and management.
